What is GameNight?
GameNight at Mark & Wendy's is a great place to hang out on Friday nights with friends, and it's a great place to meet some new friends. We have a ton (almost literally) of boardgames of all difficulty and commitment levels. The focus of GameNight is first and foremost on fellowship, followed by friendly competition. You don't have to have any knowledge of what we are playing, you just have to bring a spirit of participation. Please check out the links to the left to see photos of previous GameNights.We also play Rock Band 3 on Xbox360, and have a classic arcade cabinet for your enjoyment.
Feel free to just hang out for conversation as well. All are invited, and feel free to bring friends.
When is it?
GameNight is the first 3 Fridays of every month. (see the sidebard to make sure it hasn't been canceled)We get started at 7:30pm and play until the last person leaves. It's a come-and-go as you please affair. So duck in and out whenever you please after 7:30pm.
Where is it?
It's at our house! We're about 5 minutes from Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC. But that doesn't exactly help you to get here, does it? Please use the "contact us" link for directions!PARKING - Please only park on our side of the street and please park in the direction of traffic. Also, if possible, please avoid parking in a given spot if another car is directly across the street from you. Our Home Owner's Association strictly enforces the parking rules.
